General Description:  A well-known annual herb that is grown in the temperate and semi-tropical regions. It has been used as a medicinal plant and flavouring agent for centuries. It is often used to flavour vinegar, mustard and pickled vegetables. The oil has quire a lot of uses in aromatherapy
